ONLINE SHOP POLICIES
U.S. domestic shipping for all orders placed online is free. We will send your package via FedEx or UPS Next Day Air and require an adult signature for delivery confirmation. Orders typically ship two to five business days after payment has cleared.
We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are an international customer, please contact us directly.
All packages are insured by DK Bressler at the purchase price. When your package is ready to ship, tracking information will be sent to the email address you used to place your order.
All online purchases can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund minus a $100 restocking fee. However, we cannot accept returns for rings that have been resized.

Unless specified on the product page, all rings can be resized to suit your finger. You will be asked to enter your ring size after clicking “Add to Cart.” If you do not wish for the ring to be resized, select “Do Not Resize.” The resizing process usually takes two to three days to complete before we can ship your order.
Privacy & Security
All commercial transactions are secured through 2048-bit SSL encryption via Stripe. We will never sell your personally identifiable information to any third parties.
The DK Bressler team relies on its decades of experience to provide information about the history and provenance of the pieces in our collection. While we cannot always guarantee the exact date or location of manufacture, we will to the best of our ability provide an approximate date or period in which is was created.
All diamond and gemstone grading is an approximation. If a more detailed grading or certification is desired, please contact us for more information.
